1. Enter the customer's phone number and click Call Now.
2. Click the 🎤 mic button — PayPilot starts listening to the call.
3. When the customer raises an objection, the AI types a suggested response automatically.
4. Click 📞 Send to Call — the AI speaks your response to the customer.
5. If the call closes, click Send Agreement to email the contract instantly.

1. Fill in Your Company Name, Customer Name, and Phone Number.
2. In Reason for Call, write a short note — e.g. "Follow up on insurance quote" or "Introduce B2B payment program."
3. Optionally attach an agreement to send if the call closes.

Set your name, company name, preferred AI tone (Confident, Warm, Direct, or Calm), and default call language. These settings shape how the AI sounds on every call — set them once and you're good to go.
PayPilot automatically plays a recording disclosure at the start of every call so you're covered. The Compliance Center lets you review your settings, manage your do-not-call list, and confirm your call recording laws are set for your state.
Do I need to be on the phone for the AI Auto-Caller? ▾
No. The AI handles the entire conversation without you. You just fill in the details, hit Launch, and check back later to see how it went.
What if the customer speaks Spanish? ▾
In Live Call Assist, PayPilot detects the language automatically. You'll hear the customer's words translated to English through your browser, and the AI will reply to the customer in Spanish. No setup needed.
How do I send a contract after a call? ▾
In the Live Call Assist panel, enter the customer's email and attach your agreement file (PDF, Word, or image). When the deal closes, click Send Agreement — it emails the document to the customer instantly.
Can I change how the AI sounds? ▾
Yes. Go to Settings and pick your tone: Confident (direct, assertive), Warm (friendly, empathetic), Direct (straight to the point), or Calm (patient, measured). You can also change the tone mid-call from the Call Assist panel.
Is the call being recorded? ▾
Yes. All calls are recorded for training and quality purposes. A disclosure is automatically played at the start of every call to notify the customer, keeping you compliant.
